My Testimony Anew

By Charles Sanders

During my recent attempt to get out of prison with a new Senate Bill called “resentencing,” I was persuaded to be all in, even boasting about, “My being out and a friend or two would still be in here missing my being a pain to them.”  My God had a different revelation for me to share.  You see, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” Jeremiah. 29:11-13 and Matthew 5:26, “We will not be released from our debt to Him until we have paid our last cent owed to Him.”

My role upon my release will be to the church I become part of, and having my family believe that I didn’t play a major role for the murders I was sent to prison for.   This way when I earn my release from the Board of Prison Hearings, I can then share my testimony and ministry with His flock and with His approval.
