Setting Captives Free Ministries

This ministry is a self-supporting non-profit ministry involved in teaching, preaching, and demonstrating

the love and the liberty of Christ to all help captive. Our goal is to assist those in captivity in establishing

a relationship with Jesus Christ. For He is the one who sets us free. “For whosoever shall call upon the

name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)

Setting Captives Free Ministries was established officially on December 2011, but actually has been

operating since 1996. It started with the prompting of the Holy Spirit by revealing the hearts of those

men in prison who hungered for more of Him. The ministry would send these men a personalized

bonded leather bible to encourage them. This gift of love ignited them even more to pursue Him and

know Him. This help reassured them that the God of the universe loves them. His Word has touched

many lives. This is what the ministry continues to do.

Currently, we are reaching out to the youth in Juvenile Hall alongside with another ministry named

Go Global. We provide inspirational teachings to encourage and give hope. We are also facilitating

the “Life Above Reproach” program sponsored by Ebenezer Outreach Ministries. Testimonials from

those fellow believers from within the prison walls who have completed this program will be posted and

shared to reach out to those who need to know that there is hope and nothing is impossible for God.

This will also confirm that God is alive and working in their lives. God is available to all who receive Him.
